Alan Knoll - Tech Teacher
Allan Knoll is a retired Tech teacher. He taught at Tech for 31 years, teaching business machines, shorthand and typing. He was named Chairperson of the Business Department at Tech. Alan and his wife, Mary Guin, are the parents of 3 children.
He was the O.E.A. President in 1960; the NSEA President in 1967; Treasurer of the Teachers Annuity and Aid Association; and, O.E.A. Foundation Secretary.
Alan was also a member of the Technical High School L.L. Club (retired Tech teachers).
Sadly, Allan passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2002. He knew he had been nominated to the Hall of Fame, and was humbled by the honor and was looking forward to the presentation.
Allan Knoll was laid to rest in Omaha, Nebraska.
