Neal Mosser - Tech Teacher
Neal Mosser taught at Tech High from 1948 to 1968 as a Counselor, PE Instructor and Coach. He attended St. Joseph College in Indiana, Purdue University in Indiana and the University of Nebraska, whre he earned a Bachelors of Art in Physical Education and Counseling. Neal was with the Omaha Public School System for 35 years.
During his tenure, Neal received Top Ten in the World Herald; 4 Inter City Championships; 7 District Championships and one State Championship. He was inducted into the Saint Joseph College Hall of Fame, the Nebraska High School Hall of Fame and the Lincoln Journal Star Hall of Fame He also received the Knights of Columbus Basketball Coach of The Year, Ak-Sar-Ben Service to Sports Award, Metro Activities Association "Holiday Basketball Tournament Award," Outstanding Service Award from the Nebraska Athletic Director Assn) and the Outstand Service Award as a 30 year State High School Track Official.
He is now retired and lives in Bellevue, Nebraska.
