Lawrence (Larry) Fargher - 1950
Larry graduated from Tech in 1950. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In 1960 he earned a degree in Mathematics and Engineering from San Jose State University in San Jose, CA. He also earned a Masters of Business Administration with dual majors in Management and Finance from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, CA. Larry also took the National Security Management Course from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
Larry and his wife, Jozella reside in Santa Clara, CA, where he is Broker/Owner of his own company, Realcom Associates. A "self-made millionaire," he was also the Mayor of Santa Clara from 1964 to 1965.
He served as a 1st Lieutenant in the USAF from 1955-1958. Larry also served as the Director of the National Association of Realtors (California). He has also been recognized for his vast community involvement in Santa Clara.
He is married and has 5 children, 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
