Raymond S. McGaugh - 1972
Mr. McGaugh has extensive experience counseling clients in the areas of banking, commercial and construction lending, corporate finance, municipal finance, real estate finance and securities. He has provided advice and counsel to banks, broker-dealers, corporations, emerging businesses, financial institutions, funds, limited liability companies, multi-national business entities, municipal corporations, partnerships and underwriters. Additionally, he hasrepresented clients in the restructuring and workout of credit facilities, construction loans,corporate transactions and municipal finance transactions.
Mr. McGaugh is a former President, Chicago Mortgage Attorneys Association, past member, Roster of Neutrals, NASD Regulation's Office of Dispute Resolution, member, National Association of Bond Lawyers, Nebraska Bar Assoc., Chicago Bar Assoc., American Bar Association.
Mr. McGaugh is a volunteer coach with the River Forest Park District (Basketball, he is involved with the charter school, The Choir Academy Charter School of Chicago, he is an active member of the Wheaton Christian Center, and he was previously involved with the Nebraska Legal Aid Society until 1988 when he moved to Chicago.
Ray is a firm believer in education as his background can attest. He feels that Tech High, especially the faculty did an outstanding job preparing students for the rigors and challenges of higher education, considering the resources actually allocated to the school and the highly situational time.
