Patricia Ann Stepanek Turek - 1944
Patricia has had training with the Omaha Girl Scouts, not only to be a leader but a trainer of leaders. The Girl Scout Council sent all over the country for training so that she could train the local Scout leaders.
Patricia’s awards are the Thanks Badge for adults from the Omaha Girl Scouts, the Valiant Woman Award from the Church Women United in Omah, and Woman of the Year Award at Christ the King Church from the Council of Catholic Women, Omaha Archdiocese.
Patricia was honored in 2004 by the Omaha Police Department for collecting hundreds of teddy Bears for them.
Patricia was a Girl Scout leader for 10 yrs, Trainer of Girl Scout leaders for 10 yrs, Day Camp Director for Girl Scouts for 10 years, Active Guild Member at Christ the King for 35 yrs, Circle leader for 29 years, Quilting Chairman for 23 years, Chairman of Bus Tours for ten years as a fundraiser for CMU/Uta Halee Girls village.
