The restoration will complete the renewal and revitalization of the entire facility. The Campaign Committee's goal is to carry out the major fundraising efforts from June 2004 through November 2004, with pledges being received from 2004 - 2009. Restoration is expected to take place during 2005 and should be complete by early 2006.

The auditorium will continue to be maintained and it's use managed by the Omaha Public Schools Administrative Staff. Current operating expenses such as heating, electricity and janitorial services are covered within the TAC Building's operating budget; and these expenses are slated to remain in the building's overall operating budget. Any increase in operating costs due to increased usage is expected to be offset by the increased rental income. No additional staffing is anticipated.
