1. * The cost of 1/2 & full-page color ads will increase in $50.00 increments per color up to 4 colors.
2. All ads must be camera-ready, and must meet Nonprofit Standard Mail Eligibility requirements.
3. The "Editor" reserves the rights to ensure ads are non-offensive in content and access (if a link is provided).
4. Payment must be received with your ad(s). Contact the "Editor" for conditions and terms of payment. For those of you wishing ads in more than one edition of the newsletter, a Flexible Spending Account must be set up for payments, or payments for requested editions must be received with your ads.
5. Directions as to which issue(s) your ads are to be published must also be supplied at the time the ads and payments are made.
6. In the event of more ads received than space available, the "Editor" reserves the right to publish ads on either a "first-come-first-served" basis or on space availability.
7. Questions on ads outside the size parameters listed above must be sent to the "Editor" for authorization for publication and for price adjustments.
8. In the event that your ad can not be published as per your request, your money will be refunded. (Some ads may be time-sensitive).
